I this workshop students will learn how to apply professional imitation golden
leafs ( made of silver and copper – we call it gilding) on canvas and create art works with this technique combined with acrylic paint and acrylic marker.
It’s a very delicate technique and students can learn and practice patience. Here there are no mistakes, the lub is not about the final result, but the process of learning the technique.
Materials Needed:
Canvas, imitation gold leaf, adhesive for gilding, gesso and acrylic varnish, cotton gloves.
